We are blogging!

As the new spring work season is underway we’ll be keeping you updated on current Bona Terra news and projects, as well as other creative projects by our individual team members. We’ll also highlight native plants and other sustainable landscaping practices.

For the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, we help reduce storm water run-off in DC by installing rain gardens and bayscapes for qualified homeowners through the RiverSmart Homes program. While digging 18 inches deep we find a range of small objects buried in the soil, mostly clay or glass marbles and old glass bottles. Our team members casually compete to find the first artifact of the new work season. We’ll be posting these finds throughout the year. Check out the lovely first marble of the year that Sarah found!
