Are you looking for some help and guidance in your native garden? We’re here to help! Jeremy and Sarah can give you a telephone consultation using their 20+ years experience growing native plants, designing gardens, and installing landscapes. Use the form below to help them give you the best information possible for your specific garden. The more information you share here, the better!

Use the form below for either a native plant selection consultation. By using this form, we hope to keep your consultation as quick and to the point as possible. We charge $2.32/min or $120/hour (whichever is less) for consultations.

How to Receive a Consultation

Step 1: Fill out the form below, or download the form and submit via email to sarah@bonaterradc.com with photos for review. We will review your form and reach our to schedule your consultation. If you are having trouble filling out any portion of the form, feel free to call Jeremy (703) 407-0718. This will not be included in your consultation time.
Step 2: Schedule your consultation. When you receive the email notification that we are ready to schedule your consultation, please respond with two preferred times between 12-5pm Monday-Thursday.
Step 3: Consultation. This is your time, so make sure you have your questions ready and are ready to take notes if necessary.
Step 4: We will send an invoice via Quickbooks for the consultation.

What is/was growing on-site pre-installation?

How many hours of maintenance per 100 square-foot do you plan on or generally perform monthly?

Submit photos of the area to be planted. Provide at least two angles with surrounding structures and vegetation. Upload the pictures in a separate email to sarah@bonaterradc.com when you send in this form.

Send us a photo of the soil in your garden space. Stick a shovel into the ground 8-10″ and tilt back. Take a photo of the hole and soil (It’s okay if this photo is taken before tilling). Upload the picture when you send the email with the photos of the area to be designed to sarah@bonaterradc.com.

Do you have a dog? If yes, please describe their size and personality. Does your dog go to the bathroom in the yard? Does it mostly stay indoors, or does it have free-reign of the yard (this is actually practical, but feel feel to elaborate about your doggo. We’re dog-loving bunch)?

Do you have deer, rabbits, or other wildlife concerns?

List the type of wildlife you are interested in supporting or attracting.

What is your address? This is so that we can Google your location to see what types of biospheres are nearby.
